Because your convenience is our priority, we confirm every order through our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placement.

Delivery Follow-up: We monitor all deliveries. We will contact you within 3 days if your order is delayed or rejected.

Official Business Days: Sunday to Thursday.

Off Days: Fridays, weekends, and public holidays (for both our employees and shipping partners).
Delivery Schedule
We process and ship orders 6 days a week (excluding Fridays).

Shipping Timeline: 3–5 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery Notification: Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an SMS from the shipping company containing the COD (Cash on Delivery) amount and the courier's contact information.
